What’s enostor(i)e?
Enostor(i)e is a physical place, made of shelves, tables, bottles, born from renovating a space that had long been out of use and bringing it back to life through the work of many hands.
Enostor(i)e was born from a dream and a few convictions: that there are wines that deserve to be drunk, wine lovers who deserve a place to meet, and knowledge that needs to cross paths.
And among tables, people, bottles, and a few snacks, there will be stories: the stories of the wine, but also of those who make it, those who taste it, and those who might let themselves be won over by it.
Store and Stories, holding life and passion together.
What do you can eat at enostor(i)e?
If you’re looking for a vegetarian aperitivo in Vercelli, Enostor(i)e is the place for you. Hummus, caponata, Piedmontese antipasto, legume and vegetable meatballs, all served with bread and focaccia — come and choose whichever option speaks to you! The menu sometimes changes!
You’ll also find a selection of French cheeses (in winter) and a selection of local and not-so-local cured meats. Our pantry is stocked with Danish, Portuguese, French, and Italian fish preserves, as well as Occitan pâtés.
What do you drink at Enostor(i)e?
Feel free to browse our selection of bottled wines (always evolving!), but there’s also a by-the-glass wine list that changes constantly, featuring a carefully curated selection of organic and natural wines. We are on Raisin!
There’s always a craft beer or two in the fridge, with an eye for the unusual. Plus cider, alcohol-free kombucha, juices, and soft drinks.
Who’s behind it?
I’m Sara Rocutto, AIS-certified sommelier since 2023, ONAV taster since 2016.
I love French fries, rosé with pizza, and Nebbiolo from Northern Piedmont. But I never forget my first love: the white wines of Collio.
