Everything found in the pantry can be served at the table alongside bread (on Fridays we usually get bread from BabaLab in Casale Monferrato, and during the week you’ll find bread and focaccia from the Frigerio bakery in Vercelli).

There’s also a menu that changes with the seasons and the weeks, which we’ll try to keep updated on this page as we go :).
Note: some dishes contain gluten because they’re served with bread, but we also have gluten-free bread available. For specific dietary needs, please contact us! We’ll be happy to prepare something to best meet your needs!
